Building Warranty
We want to provide peace of mind and protect your investment from the risk of undiscovered defects, therefore all CY Homes come with a 10 year warranty by our chosen Building Warranty Provider.
The premium is already paid for by CY Homes Limited before you move in.
CY Homes has a great reputation for building quality homes, but you may want a reliable safety net. Our housing warranty provider oversees the build project from design through to workmanship on site. We will have been scrutinized to help minimise the chance of future defects and if a defect does arise you won't have to prove who is to blame, 10 Year reassurance.
Help to Buy
CY Homes Ltd is registered with the Homes England Help to Buy Scheme. This means if you’re a first-time buyer and your new home is within the area price cap you can apply for a Help to Buy, Equity Loan.
This is a loan from the government that you put towards the cost of buying a newly built home.
You can borrow a minimum of 5% and up to a maximum of 20% (40% in London) of the full purchase price of a new-build home.
